This tool is user friendly and
basically self-explanatory.
Please note that in order to access
this tool you must have your Organization ID #.
(Instructions for locating it can be found in the Logos & Banners
section under "Free Resources." Use the back arrow until you return to the "Info
for Orgs" page and click on the "Free Resources" button. Choose "Free Resources"
in the menu on the left.)
After you have signed in you have
three options:
1)
Edit Information
Tab
This is the general information
about your organization (name, address, contact person, etc.) which was entered
when your organization was added to the database. It is here that you will keep
your information accurate and up-to-date.
Identifying information must be
given in order to access this section.
2)
Sales Report
Tab
This report gives you the choice of
either a summary of the amount of purchases made and the estimated commissions
generated, or a detailed report which shows the date of purchase, store and
sales amount. It also shows the estimated commissions generated for your
organization.
You can search for sales for a
period of time or by specific dates.
The Sales Report is updated every
Thursday by noon (ET).
3)
Commissions
Report Tab
This report gives you the actual
commission distribution. It can only be accessed with a KEY which is sent to you
with your first commission check.
You can search for commissions over
a period of time or by specific dates. You can also choose a summary or detailed
report.
The Commissions Report is updated
when checks are distributed on the 10th of the month. |
